1.      Do you offer Premium Google Maps (PGM) services to people who have a home based business?

Yes. As long as their business is registered at their address, and as long as they would not be concerned about their customers coming to their door, then they can use our listing services.   Remember that as long as a website address is available, most searchers will click on the website link rather than visit the address unannounced, so remember the importance of a business website address.

2.      If a business owner does not have a local business, but has a strictly online presence, can you still provide PGM services?

No.  We must have a physical address, since Google Maps is zip code driven, by the business location.

3.      When a business is already listed in Google Maps, can PGM services still help them?

Yes.  If the business is already in the Google Maps system, but not showing on page #1 for their keyword category – our PGM services will correct that.  With PGM the business listing will be moved up to page #1 of Google Maps within 90 days or less – or, the business receives a 100% money back guarantee. Plus, PGM services may help a business to show in more categories than they currently have, even if they do have some terms on page #1 of Google.

4.      Can you guarantee long term listing results for my business?  i.e. a full year?

We can only base length of time on historical data. 90% of listings that we have done in the last 18 months remain there to date. We cannot guarantee it will be there for 12 months, as Google is in control of these listings, and they may change their policies and listing results at any time without notice.

5.      Can you guarantee that my business will rank well for specific search terms?

We do not guarantee specific search terms.  Rather, we guarantee the search term chosen or directly related search terms.  Example Category:  Dentist.  Page #1 results may or may not come in for the term dentist.  But, client shows on page one for “general dentist,” or “general dentistry, “ or, “dentist ‘your town’”, etc.  We try to always target the main terms but our primary obligation is to rank a minimum of 2 terms (Page #1 on Google) related to a business type.

6.      If my business desired key terms are saturated (7 or more businesses already listed on Page #1 of Google Maps), can you still guarantee my Page #1 PGM listing?

Yes.  Our guarantee is that we will show your business for a minimum of 2 of your search terms within 90 days, or less. We are not guaranteeing a particular search term – but, those or related keyword terms. We typically over deliver what is promised and always target main terms.

7.      Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes.  We offer reduced fees for one time credit card payments.  And, we offer a 4 pay plan and a monthly payment plan at slightly higher listing fees.  The 4 pay plan is 4 equal and consecutive payments by credit card.  Monthly payment plans are also by credit card on file, with a minimum of a 3 month commitment.

8.      How do I see the traffic and analytics results of my PGM listing?

We provide reports to you quarterly.  For businesses wanting more frequent reporting there is an additional monthly charge.

9.       Once a PGM listing is completed and verified, how long does it take to appear in search results?

It can take up to 90 days for results to appear.  In some cases, results come through in hours, but business owners are promised within 90 days of the listing’s verification with Google.  If Google allows phone verification on a listing it can be completed immediately with that code being obtained (by our support department) from the client.  Google randomly requires post card verifications of some business listings (which we have no control over).  In these cases, verification can take from 2-4 weeks and is controlled by Google.

10.  How many photos are allowed per PGM listing?

Google allows up to 10 photos within a Maps listing.

11.  How many videos are allowed per PGM listing?

Google allows up to 5 videos within a Maps listing.

12. How does the Google phone verification work?

Once we verify all information on your PGM order, technical support phones your business to make sure you are available for a quick call from Google. They advise you that Google will call you immediately after they put the phone down.

Next, our support team clicks the link to request phone verification, and Google's automated system calls your business number listed. You receive the call and hears a 5 digit PIN code (Google’s recordings do not identify themselves as “Google calling.”  They simply recite the code.)

Our Tech Support calls the business back after a few minutes, and asks for the 5 digit PIN code.  Our Tech Support then inputs the code to activate your PGM listing.

Listings take between 3-5 working days to enter into the database, and up to 90 days from verification to show for Page #1 search results.

       13. How does postcard verification of my PGM listing work?

In some cases, Google requires that we request postcard verification instead of phone verification. In this case, here is how it works:

Our Tech Support clicks the link to request postcard verification.  A postcard is mailed to your business that contains a 5 digit PIN Code. This process can take between 2-4 weeks for the mail to be received by your business.

Upon receipt, contact our main office at 1-888-562-0870 to provide us with the PIN code.   Our main office will send this on to Technical Support and they will activate your listing.

Listings take between 3-5 working days hours to enter the database, and up to 90 days to show for search.

14.  Why might my PGM listing no longer appear in results?

Google periodically updates its listings and moves some listings around for a few days. This is normal and you should check again in a few days, as it is common for listings to disappear and reappear often.  Google alone controls this.

15.  Do "Reviews" of a business in a Google Maps listing help business rankings?

Reviews are irrelevant to a business’ position in the Maps listings. Many businesses are ranked well who have never had a review posted.   And, positive reviews of your business are always desirable.

16.  Maps Verification: Why would Google request postcard verification instead of phone verification?

For security reasons, Google sometimes requests that some listings be verified by post card. This happens for roughly 20% of orders and is completely random.

17.  Is my PGM annual listing subscription automatically renewed?

No.  You are free to renew or to cancel your current listing.  Listings that are canceled or do not renew will be removed from the Google system.  We will contact you prior to each year’s renewal to insure your satisfaction and verify current pricing and payment options with you before charging your credit card.
